But how can I check if my laptop can run it? "Can I run it" is not availible for this game yet. And I'm kinda a n00b regarding technical computer stuff :D

Maybe you can run it, but on very low settings. 
Thanks man. I'm going to get a new computer anyway and the game isn't released yet.

You can run dxdiag to be able to see your system. Type: dxdiag into the Windows search bar, and click to run.

You need the System and Display tab.
