Hi Guys

I have been playing this new patch since the day psycker patch gone live, a couple of days with 1-2 hours each session. and i cant seem to find a way to rank up my class ranks. i can only do so by making tarrot missions and i take like 1-2 sessions to get enough for 1 mission. My account level is now 20 and my Rank is only 14 and ever slowing my the rank so i cant see how i shoulod be able to rank up to 20 with in the 50 so hours as Neocore states.. OR....

Im Doing something completly wrong i saw a little of a live stream made my airsickhydra and i was trying to get to about rank 13 in 4 hours and i shought mmaaannnn i am bad at this game... i do admit i am not playing much and i do play with controllers since i love to sit in my couch playing on a 55" tv.

I heared AirsickHydra said something about side missions and stuff like that and i even saw a piece of UI i never have seen before where he could see what missions he was mission in diffrent starsystems.... please send me in the right direction guys so i can try and play a full Psyker...

The good news is that it's nothing to do with how good or bad you are.

The reason for the stream was to try and figure out what's going wrong for some people (like yourself) as honestly i'm not 100% sure yet. Can I ask you if you have any purple missions (icons) in any of the first few sub-sectors available?

There are triggers in all the story missions to continue them. You have to pay very good attention to the story.

Eg. Goto the prisoner on the flight deck and talk to them. I like and am use to the little games neocore play with story.

i have found out something tonight... it seems that in the first sector there was no purple missions but there was some very high Rating Missions in the first sector labled Special Missions... after i completed them all there was 4 and then they spawned 3 more and i did them and all of a sudden i had 2 pages in the oppe right cornor where it stats what you have going on like how long your Prio Mission time to go. on the second page i used Right Bumber to change it (Yes i use Controller) and i mission set called something with Secret Blading or someting... then i completed all 7 missions and then a new Mission set poped called with something secret of caldari system... so now im golden with 600 fate and still a few of the second mission set... i will write if i find out more

Thank you for posting Christ but its way beyond Tutorial i had the Problems... its when i was done with Second Chapter of the Story Missions i ran into the probelm where i couldnt get any more Rank UP Misisons

Nice info. yes there is always a way. either grind fate/do investigations/special missions. Glad to found it and posted it. There is way to many things on lvl'ing for a big write up/post for alpha. But maybe ppl will see some of them. Think the lvl'ing issues are just people still playing a D3 game. Just going through story and not trying other things or thinking outside the box.

Right now there are lul's in the story (for instance being around 220 when you open up the Terrot and the next mission set being 550) that probably will not be there when the game goes live. So far I've found 4 hidden mission chains (including the one you talked about) that you have to poke around sectors to find, including one called the Black Legion after you finish the only branch of Chapter 5. According to the Journal there are two more hidden ones greyed out so I have no clue how to open them. Sometimes you just got to poke around to find the hidden.
