I've run through mission 5 three times and successfully defeated all waves and the boss. When I click to enable the teleporter I get the cutscene. After a while I end up going back to my ship but the mission does not get the green check mark and I can not progress any further. This is on the PC/Steam build.

We fixed the issue on our end and according to our backend developers the item/XP/progress loss bug should no longer appear in the game.

Sorry for the caused troubles!
