The Challenge on Tier 5 that requires you to fill up max Points on all Planets within a full Sector is F´d.

It needs to be fixed ASAP. If it is not fixed it will NOT be possible to complete & fulfill ALL 5 Tiers.

The "Protector Magna" I believe. It's only a Subsector, though. Don't use the Tenebra(not achievable, only 6 of assigned 9 systems can be properly influenced), use the Atroxia, the Triglav, or the Agartha.

It doesn´t matter. The thing that matters is that the Challenge is Bugged, and the fact that it is bugged means it needs to be fixed.

When you ahve done the Challenge, you have DONE the Challenge, and therefore means the Challenge should be checked and be done. It doesn´t matter what Sector you havre done. Have you done it, you have done it. And that´s it. That is what matters.

Technically, yes. A Puritan approach. 

Realistically, kind of not working that way. Often one has to apply alternative solutions, for practical reasons. A Radical approach.
