I bought a recipe for an arch carbine.I learned it.I went into battle and the game crashed.After entering the game, the recipe is not learned and it is missing from the inventory :(

The crash could not be brought about yet, likely something else caused the crash and the blueprint was not properly registered by the server because of that.
