So I purchased via steam the trilogy and then never played it for over a year and then when i went to play it i saw that the final cut was available for trilogy owners for free and tried to click on the add in order to get it. It links to a non existing page, Is it still being offered or did i screw myself by waiting to long to play? (got lost in grimdawn)

Thank you for the timely responses and interactions i was able to speak with tech support and a dev to get my problem resolved. This companys community intyeractions with its games and open and honest attitude towards development of its games and communication dureing development with the community has been incredibly refrshing keep up the good work. Thank you.

I also own the van helsing games 1 to 3, and would like to get the free final cut if possible, its just that when i come from work, its also day over for the support staff. So it is kind of hard to contact support team that way.

would it be too hard to just fix the page or make it forward to some other page where you can redeem it? Or is the offer over, even though its still advertised in game?

Don't worry, you can still write to them. It doesn't matter when because it's like a ticket - they receive it and will answer when they are available. So it is not really hard to get in contact with them.
