I have 2 of the 30% Energy shield boost shards equipped on my Personal Void Shield. But I still only get 500 HP worth of shield, rather than 800.

On top of that, I have 3x of the 50 Energy Shield HP on Kill Psalms on my Plasma Cannon. I kill enemies, and my shield doesn't regain any HP. Using the AoE skill on it against a large group of Horde enemies, and killing all of them, should totally regain my entire shield, even at a 4 stack, but I don't get a single bit. The 2x 10 Energy Shield HP on Hit work fine, just not the on kill ones.
