I deleted my level 91 Psyker named Voracitus on accident when trying to delete a different character.

Can it be restored?

Hi!

It can be restored in case it was the last character you've deleted! If it was, you can access the so-called 'Graveyard' in the character creation menu. It will be in the bottom right corner. If you did happen to delete the character, there isn't unfortunately a way to recover it anymore :/
