Started happening today. There was nothing next to the deaths allowed text. This was during an Intel mission. I thought perhaps that it just wasn't showing, but then I died more than 3 times, and I didn't fail the mission.

Now, I just had the same thing happen during a Void Crusade mission.

May we ask what hazards were active on the mission?

When it doesn't show it's don't die twice and the one with 1 life but gaining 1 on villan and elites up to 4 doesn't change the allowed deaths so you just have your usual 3 max deaths.
