the game does not start, crashes when the loading screen crashes - Crash report - The game has crashed. This issue is reported. This may take several minutes depending on the tourist connection.- Tell me what can be done with this?

Did you try to verify the game's integrity? If not please do so, it re-downloads all the missing/broken files which can be the root of such crashes right at launch.
