Are these ranges actually correct or a bug? Because I've tried 15 times to get anything other than a 3 on warfare (3-4 listed as the range) without success.

At this point am I just burning mats or is there actually a (small) chance I might get it to 4 warfare or 4 toughness? Can you tell me what that chance is?

Increase it to 4 warfare and toughness is not possible but you should get new enchants when rerolling them. There is an ongoing issue with many items that materials and credits are deducted but the enchants remain the same. Please refrain from rerolling enchants until this gets fixed!
