Crafting relic signum and they are nowhere to be found

I'm playing on ps4, touch of the omnissiah version. I tried to create 2 relic signums. Resources are taken, item counter gies down (from 5x, then 4x and lastly 3x) but the signum are nowhere ro be found and i can't see any countdown or crafting queue. My inventory is empty. Where the hell the newly created items go when you create them? Or dis i just fail in the creating process (twice? Is that even a possibility?). Thanks.

In general there should be no problem with the item crafting. Sometimes due to our backend's lack of response - due to various reasons - such an issue may occur but this rarely happens.

After hours, many application restarts and a lot of reset, still nothing. No traces of my newly crafted signum... where the game did put them? Am i missin something about the creation process?

Pretty please? Nobody? I'd like to have the items after i paid loads of resources...

Do you looked at all the bookmarks of your inventory? R2 button in inventory

Please log in and you will find a test character with 2 signums in its inventory as a compensation for your loss. We will remove the test character a little later so please move your signums into your stash.

You gave me 3 signum, i produced 2. Thanks a lot :) i put them in the stasis casket, you can put back my characters. Thanks for the support. Is the bug resolved? I mean, can i try to create other items now?

I'm not sure how you meant your request. You have your lvl50 character in your account. Check it out!

Yes, now i have it :) when i wrote the reply i still had the temporary one. Can you let me know if i can create items now without incurring in the bug again?
