I think i have a bug on Xbox. I don't get any Cortex Fragments. I have zero in my Stasis Casket and zero in my inventory. I didn't got any since like 4 days or more. I have done like 50 or more missions and still nothing.

Hello,

there is a weekly limit to the drop.

You can drop 200 cortex fragment per week.

We checked the drop with test characters as well as your Assassin but we could loot many fragments. We hope you started to get them since you created this thread.
