Warhammer 40K Support AreaInquisitors!
We're receiving a lot of feedback following the console release of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr across all platforms and social media, so we'd like to gather everything that might concern you for a quick reference.
1. Patch is coming soon
Please rest assured that we're constantly monitoring feedback and we're working on patches accordingly. Though this is not a very quick process, you can expect fixes for most common problems regularly, as soon as we have processed feedback, fixed the most pressing problems, and the patches gone through the approval process. These can take several days, but they're on the way.
Our first upcoming patch will improve stability, auto-aiming and fix some of the more common bugs on consoles. Patches will regularly improve the overall game, while free content updates (Seasons) will provide additional content and further improvements. In general, these updates contain the same content as the PC version, but with a slight delay in publication.
2. Verifying your account
There seems to be a few players who have trouble with registration, login or e-mail verifications. If you're one of them, first of all, you should check the following before contacting us:
- Is your e-mail account still active?
- Are you the only user of the e-mail address?
- Is the verification link e-mail maybe in the spam folder?
- Did you enter your e-mail address correctly?
- If you received a 404 on mobile, have you tried clickin on it on a desktop PC?
What you should avoid, as they might be the source of the problem:
- Clicking a verification link after requesting a new one (only the last one will work)
- Spamming verification requests endlessly instead of waiting for a verification link to arrive (it can take a few more seconds, just check again the spam folder, refresh, but don't request a new one every second)
If the problem persists, please contact [email protected], and we can look into your case. Please provide both your e-mail address that you tried to use and your PSN ID or Gamertag.
You can also try registering with another e-mail address, see if that works.
(Also, don't post your e-mail address and console ID on social media by tagging us, as it will be visible to everyone.)
3. Proper channels for technical support
If you'd like to engage in the conversation about technical problems, you can get a faster reply and solution if you target the proper support channels. If you have any technical problems with the game these are the most effective channels:
- Join our Discord, and ask your questions in #techsupport or #general
- For all platforms, contact us at [email protected] or login here on the Community Hub and click the Neocore Messenger
- For specific platforms, contact us at [email protected] and [email protected]

I really, REALLY like this game and have been a supporter from the very beginning. If it weren't for the fact that I can't progress on all 3 characters because of multiple game-breaking bugs, I'd have nothing but good things to say. The gameplay itself is great. But this constant unprofessionalism from community management is seriously hurting your relationship with your players. We know you're a small team, and we're not asking the devs or the publisher to be perfect. Hell, even AAA titles (especially from Bungie and Ubisoft) are just as buggy. Sometimes even worse. But you should learn from their mistakes. Just for example, Destiny wasn't a bad game, but Bungie turned it into a complete dumpster fire by treating their players poorly and by allowing their community manager to lie constantly. It made the community VERY toxic and killed their player base.
Right now you need every player you can get, but it's almost as if you don't care. The game has been broken since launch on consoles, and yet there is still no patch. You pushed the Charybdis Outpost DLC out, and let people pay for it, even though it's completely inaccessible due to known bugs. And you keep talking about the upcoming content patch in November. But if no one can complete the existing content we'll never be able to access the new stuff. So... enough BS. Stop treating your customers like idiots, tell us what the actual plans are and when we can expect to see improvements. Or you won't have many customers left at all.
@ELDRADXV1 All the Seasons will be available for console players as well for free!
The revive issue has been fixed on OUR end but a patch is needed to implement it into the live version:)

Thank you for reporting the cases. Most of the crash issues have been averted on our side, hopefully shortly we can fix all of them. Our backend can cause some issues you mentioned but we will do our best to increase the overall experience and stop the arising of such issues!

Wondering this again myself. Still can not use the product I paid for.
If they'd simply come out and say, "We can't release the patch until November for [insert BS excuse] and we understand that isn't fair to our customers. So we're refunding everyone who paid for the Charybdis Outpost DLC that is inaccessible (although you'll still be able to play it whenever we get around to fixing it) and we'll think of some way to make up for giving you an unfinished product." That would be fine. But nope. And then they act confused when people aren't happy.

Weapons like the lasgun that has a channel frontal cone is now just terrible. I liked the weapon before since the channel laser would auto target the next enemy, now you have to try to move the analog and the laser doesn't snap to targets at all anymore. This makes the weapon very hard to use and gimped the lasgun a lot.
I am sure this is also a issue with the bolter rifle or any weapons with a channel cone.
Is there anyway you could fix these abilities or was your main intenion to nerf those weapons? The lasgun was fun to use and had a unique gears of war style build with the lasgun and my crusader. Now with these changes I just won't even bother playing him :(.
Hi, here is my feedback after trying to play the mission Pushing Back The Rebels in Viper's Nest mini campaign.
Previously for my assassin lvl 22, the mission was loading correctly (compared to other players I read from), but the game was crashing during the scene before the inquisitor teleportation on the mission map.
For my Crusader lvl 21, loading, teleportation of crusader on the map : OK, but after moving a little bit on the map, before seeing any ennemy, the game cashes.
Crash : black screen, then blue screen of the PS4 saying error CE-34878-0 occured.
Well, I tested a few minutes ago, and ............... still the exact same behavior of the game with my 2 characters.
So, unfortunatly, the scripts that were run recently didn't have any effect on my 2 stuck characters :(
More than 20 days than 3 of of characters are stuck with the crashing bugs, I should be happy with it ??
A new "bug" to report, not really annoying but disturbing at first :
- Priority Assignment : Dhukari Raid (I guess, sorry don't remember the spelling exactly), one of the action possible had an announced cost of 990.000 Caligari Credits and +- 999 Fate.
I took the chance with "only" 615K CC and 1.5K Fate, turns out it cost in fact only 990 CC and 9 Fate (still missed the assignment though, don't know if it's intended XD).
- Storage Servitor bug : happened once so far, was checking storage Servitor and all items (including Relics, etc) were missing, stash was empty. The proverbial "Exit to Main Menu"/"Play" solved the problem.
@MARCOPOLOCS : thanks for feedback, it's good to know things are taken care of on devs side ^^ I have faith in this game, it's really good, and it's getting better thanks to support and patchs :) Way to go dudes ! The Emperor Protects !

New reports :
- Sound syncro during CGI cinematics : noticed it from the beginning (before patch), forgot to mention it before. The sound is always delayed during these cinematics, and subtitles also. Tried in French and English (playing the game in English atm) and the same problem exists
- Missing items after completing mission : happened only once so far (afaik), after completing a mission the items I looted from dead enemies during the mission went missing

On destructible environment as it is apparently impossible to get a straight answer: Just to demonstrate my point: A review of the XB1X version uploaded on August, 21st. Fast forward to minute 16++ - showcasing quality mode WITH actually destructible environment on XB1X -.

You can also see sparks when sword hits objects, stray bullets also visibly hit walls and small pieces of debris seem to be falling down from time to time when that happens. I have never seen anything close to ths of this. You will also notice actual environmental destruction as opposeed to objects simply phasing out as they do right now. Near the end even an entire column reaching up to the ceiling collapses. This is exactly what I thought I had been paying 80€ for. This is 20 minutes of gameplay, obviously a very late pre-release build. Obviously it can't be the final release (even though the graphics look exactly as if it was) or things would just be phasing out.
Now you can give me your standard 3 thumbs down for all I care. I simply posted this gameplay footage to demonstrate that the XB1X obviously can handle realistic environmental destruction - even in quality mode. Your live chat is down btw or is it just me because I dared asking inconvenient questions? If that is the case I sincerely believe that you should treat a customer who paid 80€ for your game in good faith with a little more respect.
I can't help it if you can't take valid criticism and see it as personal insults. I will no longer post or even come to the forums anymore. If nothing is fixed (as I have come to expect) I will press for a refund. I have also saved the website as a pdf file as additional proof of false advertising just incase. Again looking forward to the standard 3 thumbs down. That is all.
Hi, everyone. I've wrote that had a problem with verification on PS4. I've sent neocore a message and they help (it took 1 hour).
Wondering this again myself. Still can not use the product I paid for.
Same for me, 3 characters stuck because of story mission bugs.
From the day I bought the game 28/08/2018, I was more stuck, waiting for bugs solutions to unlock my different characters than playing !
Why neocore didn't wait longer to release the game, at least release it when players could enjoy the experience, instead of selling full price what it looks like a beta version ?
It's a real shame because it's a good game, but all those bugs really ruins the experience !
I'm really wondering if i'll continue the game, and if the upcomming patch will be as efficient as it should. I remember the 1st patch which totally ruined the revive function in coop or multiplayer missions.
I hope the next patch will solve bugs without instroducing new ones ^^
This comment might be a bit negative but, as a fan of the WH universe (board games and armies ...), I feel so frustrated !
I am having a similar problem created an account for Neocore and when I put my detailed into the xbox it says it's already used for account linking.
But ive been getting a consistant crash on ps4 when doing the 2nd priority mission of vipers den.
As soon as the mission starts. You get half of the "warp in" animation. Then a black screen. Following a system crash. - CE-34878-0
Other missions work fine, tryed afew others thou wasnt able to finnish one; 1 boss wouldnt stop regenerating Dispite constant damage lol.
Back to report some new bugs :
- Camera : after completing the main campain a 2nd time, right after the credit roll, the camera was centered on the pet active at the moment (ServoSkull), thus making mouvement impossible as it'd not follow my character. Had the quit to Main Menu and load again to get it right
- Loading : happened twice, game froze right after loading a mission, and then got the PS4 error message. Had to restart the application
- Online : happened several times, I got a ps4 error stating that the application started working during the online mission, had to launch it back, but got the rewards from the mission anyways
Please check these out and add them to the next patch ;)

Aiming is totally broken. Worked way better before the patch. Apparently they just roll stuff out without trying it first. PLEASE ROLE BACK OR FIX AIMING.

Finally got the Assignment back, took some screenshots as required :
Took the 2nd option (not visible here) about establishing a psyker-network to trace pain signals to track Dark Eldars positions. No Mission launched and got the Finish Assignment page with Glory Reward (and got a nice Relic Power Hammer in the process :D)

Just want to talk about some issues I have on the ps4.
1. We cannot revive players in multi-mode.
2. The targeting system is broken.
3. I got a system hard crash on my ps4, like totally frozen. I had to unplug the machine.
4. The assassin is not working well in multi player mode, because when the assassin does an execution, the mission bugs. This also happens with the crusader if he executes a boss.
5. Primary assignment doesn’t appear anymore.
6. When I go see the mechanicus to change your appearance, I get kicked out of the game.
7. Sometimes the sound cuts completely and shortly after the game crashes.

5) Barrels rarely highlight as a target for L1R1. I often forget they are even destructible objects.
Happened only on silence the guns missions . The other issue for harbingers of hate only occurs when I try to launch the mission for the doomed city the loading screen appears then after the loading bar is full it literally closesMy game and my ps4 interface gives me an error code. The error message for this is ‘ an error has occurred in the following application (ce - 34878 -0) I did a purge mission today and have had no issues. These are the only issues I have had with the game but they still persist. I have also reinstalled everything but this hasn’t fixed it.
