Connection lost

So for the past couple of months, I've been stuck on a loop of some sort where I can not "connect to servers"

I'd try to reconnect a few times on the launch page however it just proceeds to fumble about.

Is there an easy fix to this?

Note I'm from Canada, and I validated, re-installed, etc.

Connections are good and do not run VPNs.
