I am able to open one cage on chapter 4,  but the other will not open. I’m on Xbox and GT is AdamAshcraft22. When I try to open the 2nd cage it pulls my character away a little bit in the opposite direction and then nothing happens. Please help I am trying to get to co op part of the game and my friends have already moved past this mission and unlocked it, but I am stuck.

Update: I was able to open the cages my 3rd try after quitting and starting the mission over again each time
