Challenges cannot be completed in Co-Op, these are solo-only objectives.

leveling up during mission doesnt matter...just saying

If you leveled during the mission, and the mission started at you level, the mission was lower than your level at the end. So it did not count because the you level needs to be same at the END of a mission.
Set this current order state as My default.
