If i am leader of party and try to start a mission it says " failed to connect . Servers are busy  try again later" If i give somone else lead we can do missions with no issue. I have verified files, reinstalled and made sure my steam account was synced with neocore account same issue.yet i can join co op or anyone elses tarot,priority assignments orjust random co op without a problem.
