Can’t access store

I’m on PS4. At the start of chapter 4 I have to talk to van wynter. A cutscene happens and the investigation continues.  But the “!” Doesn’t disappear above her, and I can’t access the store because of it. Every time I load into the command bridge and talk to her she says the same dialogue, and the store remains inaccessible. This was initially caused but a bunch of missions in chapter 3 being duplicated creating a parallel playthrough Please help

Ingame account is  ".TM" and the character is "Redneck"

The stange thing is I can continue with the chapter but she’s still stuck in the same dialogue loop and not able to access the store.

Hi,

our developers fixed numerous accounts yesterday so please check if you can proceed in the campaign now and can access the store! If not, we will resolve the problem within hours!
