Can we controller users please get some basic functions?

1) Why can we rebind all actions on keyboard, but not for controllers?

2) The Auto-Target sometimes drives me crazy, i have no real clue how it picks a target. I guess its either some wonky camera position thing or most damage dealt? I would like something like a nearest enemy option, so my character don't try to move 100m to target that one enemy in the back.

3) I use the "default" layout option and 50% of the time i accidentally trigger the inoculator, while trying to trigger my armor skill. Its a really bad layout choice. Speaking of the armor skill, can we get a "target biggest group" option for the autotarget, so i can easily jump into crowds?

4) I would also like a deadzone option, since the XB1 controller is much improved in this regad compared to the old XBox360.
