Hello.
A couple days ago, when I entered the game, I've got that the progress on storyline missions was reset and the missions in the "Special missions" tab is disappeared. When I restarting the game, always - "New Clue: Uthers secret", "New Clue: Terra incognita". Also everytime Ragna had a dialogue with Helena Goslar. My char is 95 lvl and I don't really want to start storyline from the beginning. PC

I've tried to create new character. Same problem even on it.

As I see our devs already checked your main char on Friday. Did that help?

It seems you ran into something we haven't yet encountered. I notified my colleagues about this once again and asked a full scale investigations. We will try to deal with it as soon as possible.
