The personal teleporter bp? That bug has been in the game for more than a year, it was reported to Neocore, but it's still there. The bug only happens when you try to interact with the bp, so when it drops, just sell it or destroy it. If you accidentally try to learn it and are unable to interact with it anymore, relog and then delete it from your inventory.
