Backend connection problem

Towards the end of the last campaign mission I played (frozen plains) and the previous I have been loosing the backend connection. It seems to happen in roughly the same place in the mission, or possibly after the same amount of time. I have to start the mission over again. Restoring the connection can be done with the windows troubleshooter, though it gives different causes. This happens only on this game and not on any other online or offline games. I managed to get through the previous mission on my 4th attempt but the game is unplayable with this problem. Please help.

I'm playing on PC, Windows 10. Its the main Martyr campaign. Currently in Chapter 2, the frozen plains mission. I'd get to less than 10 enemies to kill and the problem happens. Also had this on the previous mission. Not sure of the name but its the one where you rescue the tech priest. After rescuing the priest about 2 rooms from the end I had the problem. Got through on my 4th attempt.

May I ask on which platform you are playing and in which campaign did you encounter this problem? Can you give us a more detailed description of the mission? That would help us greatly. We will see if some stability improvements should take place on the specific maps.
