I got a purple autopistol as a reward.  I equipped it instead of a shield with a power sword.  Loaded up a mission and......

- Holding Power sword across chest like a rifle.  

- Auto pistol dangling below

- No character animation at all so he 'glided' every where

- No action from the auto pistol at all

- No melee attack

Same with a shield and the pistol

Kinda sucked :(
