Thank you for an answer, in this case please change Michaelloff to Dahlgrim (if not available please pick from Falgrim, Wollgrim, Bargrim), and keep the account without resetting. Thanks again

We can set you a new name and can also reset your whole account but this step will not grant you the option for you to personally add a new name. We can handle both if you wish just let us know in a reply!:)

'Helgrim' is unfortunately used by another player already. Could you please pick another name or add a number or special character to the current name? We will then set it for you.
