PLEASE READ THIS PRODUCT LICENSE (THE “LICENSE”) CAREFULLY. BY USING THE PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS LICENSE AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

1. Copyright: The copyright of WORLD OF VAN HELSING: DEATHTRAP (hereinafter referred to as “Product”, meaning this copy of the program and any complementary electronic files and printed materials) and all the elements of the Product are the property of NeocoreGames Publishing Ltd. (Becsi ut 3-5., IV./ 1st fl, 1023 Budapest, Hungary, hereinafter referred to as “NEOCORE”) and/or its suppliers, representatives and sales partners and are protected by copyright law.

2. Grant of Licence: NEOCORE hereby grants you (as an individual or a legal entity), the end user, the limited, non-transferable right to use the Product, for your own personal use and enjoyment or for creating and publishing reviews in the media, subject to the terms and conditions of this License. This License is proof of your entitlement to exercise the rights granted herein. NEOCORE may terminate this License immediately if you fail to comply with any of the terms thereof.

2.1 Virtual Items. NEOCORE owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in the Product. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including without limitation the virtual goods appearing or originating in the Product. NEOCORE does not recognize any purported transfers of virtual property executed outside of the Product, or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything that appears or originates in the Product, unless otherwise expressly authorized by NEOCORE in writing.
2.2 Virtual Currency. NEOCORE may make virtual points, coins, or currencies (“Virtual Currency”) available for use in the Product. By purchasing, earning, or otherwise receiving Virtual Currency, you obtain a personal, limited, non-assignable, revocable license to access and select from the in-game content that NEOCORE expressly makes available within the Product. Virtual Currency has no monetary value and does not constitute currency or property of any type. Virtual Currency cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash; it may only be redeemed for in-game content within the Product. Virtual Currency is non-refundable unless expressly authorized by NEOCORE in writing or otherwise required by law.
Restrictions on the use of Virtual Currency applicable to licensees who reside in Japan. You agree to use any Virtual Currency purchased for use in the Product within 180 days after the date of purchase.

3. Restrictions: NEOCORE reserves all rights which have not been expressly granted in this License. Therefore, the Product must be given the same treatment as any other material subject to copyright with the exception that, as the Product is a computer program. You may not rent out, lend, sell or transfer the Product nor any element incorporated into it, including images which appear on screen, sounds or accompanying documents, to any third party by any means whatsoever, nor offer it for sale or grant subordinated Licenses, and nor may you permit any other person to use the Product. You may not transfer your rights (temporarily or permanently) by virtue of this License.

You may not copy, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, decompile, disassemble or try to decipher the source code of all or any part of the Product or any element incorporated into it, nor permit or encourage any third party to do so.

You may not offer the Product as payment for playing in a computer system or network which may be accessed by means of rental, nor electronically distribute the Product or part of the Product or any element incorporated into it, including any image shown on screen, sound or accompanying document.

Without limiting the general nature of the above restrictions you may publish self-captured screenshots and/or videos for reviewing purposes and share information about the Product with public audience.

4. No Warranty: You expressly acknowledge and agree to use the Product on your own exclusive account and risk.

No dealership, distributor, agent or employee of NEOCORE is authorised to make any modification or addition whatsoever to this warranty.

NEOCORE does not recognise any other warranties, express, implicit or, insofar as law permits, legal, including any warranty of satisfactory quality, suitability for a specific use and non-infraction of intellectual property rights, in relation to the Product.

NOTHING IN THE CONTENT OF THIS LICENSE AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER PROTECTED BY AN APPLICABLE LAW.

5. Limitation of Liability: In no case shall NEOCORE be liable for any kind of damage (including but not limited to derived, special, indirect, direct or incidental damage, loss of earnings, interruptions in mercantile activity or other pecuniary loss) deriving from the use of the Product, even when NEOCORE has been notified of the possibility of this damage.

6. General: This License contains the complete agreement between NEOCORE and yourself in relation to the object thereof and replaces all previous negotiations, understandings and agreements, written or oral, between NEOCORE and yourself in relation to the object thereof. This License shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law and you specifically agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss law courts. If any term or condition of this License is declared invalid or null and void, all remaining terms and conditions thereof shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid terms or conditions had been removed from this License. No failure to exercise or enforce, or delay in exercising or enforcing NEOCORE’s rights, remedies and powers by virtue of the present License shall constitute a waiver of said rights, powers or remedies.
